Sustainable Textile Design & Art
Learn about sustainable practices in textile design, focusing on reducing waste and promoting environmental responsibility. Projects may include creating new pieces from recycled textiles or exploring natural dyes.
Pattern design in Photoshop
Covers the basics of designing patterns using Adobe Photoshop. Focus on pattern creation, creating repeated patterns, pattern rapport, quick change of colour and digital printing methods.
Color Theory
Covers the fundamentals of color theory and its application in textile design. Explore the emotional and psychological effects of color, color harmony, and the use of color trends in textile art. Participants will engage in practical exercises, including creating various color harmonies.
Learn how to sew
This course teaches sewing techniques for beginners! We start with the basic elements of sewing and the use of a sewing machine. Then, you'll work on your own project where you can choose the pattern, color, and design. You'll receive support and guidance throughout your project. We'll tailor the projects to match your skill level and ambitions.
